Recipe : Soft-Boiled Egg Salad

Remember this? Yes, another egg recipe to add to my diet.


I made this simple dish for morning snack when I'm at home on weekends. Usually, I took my breakfast shake around 9am and lunch at 2pm. So, in between meal I will fix myself with a little bit heavier snack to munch. 

Soft-Boiled Egg Salad
Serving for 1
170 cal

Ingredients:
1 soft-boiled egg
4 - 5 butterhead
1/2 tomato
1 tsp of olive oil
Crush roasted almond
White pepper
