Drink Your Water




One of the hardest part to start living a healthy life. To drink water, a lot of water.

I packed 2L water for husband and 1L (I have water dispenser at work and I can refill when my tumbler is almost empty) for me everyday. And another 2L in our bedroom.

Water is important. Drink your water at least 2 - 4L a day.

Nasib baik saya suka minum air kosong. Kalau keluar jalan-jalan pun mesti nak kena ada botol mineral di tangan. Hehe. Cuma part selalu ke tandas yang malas kadang2 LOL.

Sekarang saya kalau keluar rumah pun memang bawa bekal air 2L. Jimat pun ye, sihat pun ye hehe
