Recipe : French Bean with Salted Egg

or Buncis Telur Masin.

My dish for last Saturday. I love it so much that I make them for lunch and dinner haha.

1 pack french bean (kacang buncis)
1 salted egg yolk
1 tbsp flour
5 curry leaves
1/2 cup water
1/2 clove garlic
1 cup cooking oil

1. Blend egg yolk, flour, water and garlic until smooth and well blended.
2. Poor the mixture in a bowl/plate, put curry leaves and french bean.
3. Stir nicely and make sure all french bean coated with salted egg mixture.
4. Heat up oil in pan and fry the bean batch by batch (Don't dump all in one go!)

There you go.

PS: If you can find greenish and thin french bean are better for this recipe
